Michael Jackcon

So this Monday the "trial of the Century" will begin. A few things to note:

First, Michael Jackson is the only Black Man trying to be a white woman. Having said that, it can be said that he has the jury of his peers. No blacks & mostly women.

Secondly, This is not the only accusation of child touching against Michael Jackson. If one were to think beyond the Stardom, it would reason (to use the cliché) where there's smoke, there's fire. Basically, I would have a hard time believing that Jackson is totally, 100% innocent. Just ask O.J. He's still looking for the real killer on the many golf courses of the world.

Third, this particular judge takes no Bullsh (new word: meaning should be obvious). He is in the business of adjudicating over these proceedings, and is making damned sure it happens in a timely manor.

Fourth, I know someone, who personally was invited and stayed at the Nederland Ranch. This individual confirms many of the strange behaviors and items reported to be there.

Fifth, the released grand jury testimony, if even 60% accurate, is enough to convict Mr. Jackson. There is enough specific information and accurate explanation to make me believe that if not true child abuse under the current definition of the law, then at least enough to build one hell of a circumstantial case.

Finally, The prosecutors are doing everything with in the law to protect children from a potential predator. We should support all law enforcement that is for the protection of children from such predators. It's just too bad this case is being tired in California, and not Texas.

Observations

I don't have whole lot for tonight, so I gathered a few thought and observations.

1) The United States of America Remains the Greatest Nation ever placed on Earth.
2) The French only do two things well, make wine and surrender.
3) Tony Blair is a man of unusual conviction
4) The Iraqi’s are a people of unbelievable courage.
5) The United States Armed Forces are a group of incredible individuals performing their duties with flawless accuracy.
6) The Red States still out number the Blue States.
7) Bush is still the President of the United States, get over IT!!!
8) Harry Reid is a small man, with a small voice, spouting small ideas.
9) Despite popular belief, the Ten Commandments are the basis of all law in the United States of America.
10) Indeed, theTen Commandments are the basis of both the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of the United State of America.
11) The United States Government still remains the greatest roadblock to America's economic success.
12) When in doubt, trust in freedom. Freedom is the natural state of Mankind.
13) When one must explain one's greatness to you, one reveals the lack of greatness.
14) The opportunities in the United States of America are still endless. Why do you think we have people still pouring over the Borders to get here?
15) The Supreme Court Justices are not the Nine Gods of Mount Olympus. Even they make mistakes.
16) Conservatism as currently constituted, is the ideology of the Majority of the Nation.
17) Those in Washington D.C. should be required to drive through "flyover county" and stay in some Middle American town for at least on week per year.
18) We should never elect a single Lawyer again, for any reason, ever. (with the exception of perhaps Mark Lavin.)
19) The definition of a good deal, is when nobody walks away happy.
20) The New Media allows for this list to be published.

Local Radio

I am a radiophile. I love radio, especially good radio. I grew up in the L.A. radio market, and came to love KNX, and KFI. For a short time there was KMDY- Comedy Radio. It was great. Good production of local commercials, programs and programming. I now live in a minor market in the American Desert Southwest. Here, I am nothing but constantly disappointed in local radio market. The local talk station can't decide if it's going to be a talk station or sports station. Its local commercial production sounds like its made with all the audio skill of a backhoe. I am just so tired of the attitude of good enough that perpetually broadcast on this little station and her sister stations. Where is the pride in doing a job well done? Where is the commitment to striving toward perfection? Alas, thank the heavenly stars for Internet Radio.
