May 8, 2010 was the first Major Earthquake in Politics, of which has not been seen since Ronald Reagan defeated Jimmy Carter in monumental numbers. To which do I refer? That would be the failure of Bob Bennett, Senator from Utah to pass the Utah Republican Convention to move on the Primary. Every political commentator at the time dismissed this as a fluke, a tea party takeover of Utah. Make no mistake; this was a 9.4 political earthquake.
What we have been witnessing in established Republican defeat after another are the aftershocks of the people revolting against the political establishment. It is We the People, who are shaking the corrupt foundations of the “party system”. It is We the People who, are making such a quake that the political establishment are still in total shock and cannot function.
This is the time that we stand with “firm reliance on Divine Providence” to guide our actions in the cause of restoring liberty, freedom and our Constitution. This Nov. 2, 2010 we have a clear choice. To quote Ronal Reagan, “…if we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to, this is the last stand on Earth…”
This November 2, 2010 “… you and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We’ll preserve for our children this, the last best hope on Earth, or we’ll sentence them to take the last step into a thousand years of darkness…”
Now is the time to pledge to Our God and each other “…Our lives, our fortunes and our Sacred Honor.” That we shall stand as vanguards of liberty for generations hence.

A modern Declaration
When in the course of Human Events, it becomes necessary for the people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them to political parties which were intentionally avoided in structure the Constitution and are the cause of abandoning the Constitution and to resume among the powers of the Earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitle us, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that we should declare the causes which impel us to restore the Constitution.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, the Pursuit of Happiness and Private Property, without the micromanagement of a National Government.
As our government has abandoned the principles that have been instituted for over two centuries ago, and usurped powers not granted them, and obscured and marginalized our Rights as given by our Creator that among these rights are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. These Rights once secured by our government now taken without our consent have looming dire consequences. Now that our government has become destructive of these ends, it is the Right and responsibility of the people to alter or abolish it, and to restore Our Government, restoring its foundation on the same principles and organizing its powers in such form as originally structured in the Constitution of this great nation. “Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” Such has been the patient sufferance of the Citizens of these United States of America over the last 100 years: and such is now the necessity which constrains us to alter our operations form of Government. The History of the House of Representative, Senate, Executive Branch and Judicial Branch is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object to the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these many States. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.
All departments in all three branches of government has been run according the desires of the political parties and their agendas, rather than statesmanship in deliberating the best of the nation as a whole, to promote freedom, liberty, tranquility and prosperity.
Congress has refused to secure our boarders – threatening our sovereignty.
Congress has failed to curb illegal immigration, and expand legal immigration of those peoples of the world wishing to become citizens of the United States of America.
Congress and the Executive Branch have devalued our currency by fleeing from the Gold Standard and embracing the Debt Standard.
Congress has borrowed excessive monies in contrast to the will of the people – leaving a crushing debt that will take generations to repay.
Congress has absolved their Constitutional authority and duty of creating a standard of value for money and coining money to the private business The Federal Reserve Bank and paying high interest rates to borrow that money, refusing to regulate, audit, or review the workings of that bank or controlling in anyway the bank’s activities.
Congress has with the full support of the President spent trillions of dollars – confiscating private entities – to dictate business to the will of the Executive branch.
Congress has with the full support of the President laid a debt on generations to come – without their consent or representation.
Congress has levied one of the world’s heaviest taxes, fines, fees and levies upon the people of the United States of America without their consent.
The Presidents with the approval of the Senate, representing their political party’s agenda, has appointed Federal Judges that use personal political preferences, or foreign law rather than the Constitution of the United States of America as the Supreme Guidance in Justice.
The President of the United States with the support of Congress has not supported our Military when they have sent our military abroad preemptively, without intention of victory and bring our military home with honor.
The Legislative and Executive Branch have laid into law – without due course and proper procedure levied a heavy tax and burden upon the American People without a vote and usurping the Constitution of the United States of America.
Congress and their political parties have abused their investigative power on private citizens.
Congress has ignored the pleas of the people to stop detrimental environmental legislation.
Congress has corrupted the Legislative Branch with briberies, payouts, powers and dominions to pass or levy legislative burdens on a liberated and free people.
Congress has closed all communications with the people whom sent them to Congress to represent them.
The Legislative and Executive Branch have surrendered our Sovereignty to an International organization or organizations usurping the powers of the people and the United States of America and the justice therein.
The Legislative, Executive and Judicial Branches have halted and or ignored a redress of grievances of the people to the government.
Congress and the President have refused to bring a cohesive and comprehensive energy policy that would make the Unites States of America free from dependence on foreign sources.
Congress has violated equal protection under the law by according extra rights to specific minority groups, levying progressive taxes, increasing regulation upon the people and exempting themselves from said regulations & laws.
The Legislative and Judicial Branches have confiscated personal properties and distributed them to the unproductive in society or to immoral or objectionable causes.
All three Branches of Government have strived to drive out the divine, by persecuting God from all forums, both public and private, while exempting themselves from such bands of Divinity in their own respective public specticals.
Congress and the President have supported tyrants, despots and dictators around the world, thereby halting or retracting freedom and liberty to all.
The Political Parties with their professional politicians have orchestrated moral decline, domestic chaos and divided a people along political, social, moral and religious lines.
Congress has refused to recognize the Bill of Rights as individual rights, and it is not in their jurisdiction to regulate them. The Constitution expressly prohibits Congress from acting, thus making these actions as unconstitutional act upon the good Citizens of the United States.
Congress repeatedly increased their own pay on the backs of the American People without the people’s consent.
Congress has eroded society by weakening criminal justice, encouraging moral decline, confiscating the private property of the individual and redistributing to the unproductive of society in the name of social justice.
The President with the support of Congress has usurped power by sanctioning Czars or dictators to dictate policy without legislative review.
Congress and the President have weakened our self defense by eliminating or reducing innovative and revolutionary technologies that would secure our nation from attacks.
The bureaucracy created by Congress has targeted patriots as enemies of the state for political purposes.
Congress and the President of the United States have ceased to promote the United States of America as the Greatest Nation on this Earth and set forth an example of freedom and liberty for the world to follow – NOT for the union to join in their socialism.
Congress has ignored the individual communications of current critical issues when brought to the legislature for vote – thereby passing legislation without the consent of the governed.
The Political Parties has created a system by which individuals without the two party system may not participate in being elected to office in the State and National levels.
Congress has been deceived into passing legislation to usurp the independent powers given to the people of Puerto Rico, allowing for the “Tennessee Plan” to be implemented once again, against the will of the people.
In every stage of these Oppressions, we have petitioned for a redress in the most civil and humble of terms. Our redresses have been met and answered with repeated insult and injury. An elected official or officials, whose character is thus marked every act which may be defined as a tyrant or tyrants, it unfit to lead and or rule a free people.
Nor have we been wanting in attention to our elected representatives in both the House and the Senate. We have reminded them of our commerce, employment, and our independent lives in our station of our lives. And by common consent of We the People recall the elected officials in the House of Representatives, Senate and Executive, as we declare that we are a free and liberated people. Ever add up the little life's lessons we learn? Ever evaluate that which you had to over come? Recently, while bogged down in my own misery and indulgence in self pity, (not a pretty picture for a tub o' slob that I be) started evaluating those little twists of life that seem to kick a guy square in the crotch, and just as you recover from that one, you get kicked again, and again, and again. Things that were once so incredibly traumatic, seem in retrospect minor and almost nostalgic for those "simpler times". I would expound on personal experience of the past, but they seem so minor now that they are hardly worth mentioning. So during this economic malaise that we are so fortunate to participate, for those whom carry on know that this is for your own good, and shall make you stronger. This shall give you experience. William Shakespeare said, "Sweet are the uses of adversity." I try to take it to heart.

A Open Letter to Congress
To every member of Congress, both dead and alive since 1880
How dare you. In my quiet hour of desperation and determination, you continue to thwart the will of the people whom entrusted their Republic upon you. You, whom swore an oath to God that you would protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, continue to desecrate your office and sacred oaths. Is there not one honorable member among you whom shall be the one unpopular with your peers but ever the vanguard of freedom and liberty? Shall no one entrusted by election of their constituent body be the giant among mankind and lead this - the greatest nation on Earth - to a bold return to core principles and values. Will not one stand forth and tell the truth. Is there one that will tell the nation in plain simple language that spending must be cut, taxes must be cut, and honor restored to a corrupted and cancer riddled body?
My entire life, you have stolen my birthright as an American. You have weakened my country’s security in the name of political correctness. The protection of our boarders has been nothing more than a political football. Our rights are trampled and thrust down further nearly on a daily basis with the new and unconstitutional proposals flooding Washington D.C. You have devastated the worth of our Dollar such that in my lifetime Gold has risen from $200 to an astronomical high of $1200 an ounce. You squander the people’s money as if Parker Brothers and not the Federal Reserve is printing it. You thrust your ill fated agenda items upon a people whom clearly do not want it. When we call to complain or voice opinion you cut all sources of communication. We call a lie a lie and we are called extremists.
You shall one day be called to a reckoning of your actions. You will have to answer for your deeds. Be it in this life or the next, you will be called accountable for your actions. This November an election of historic proportions will be taking place. Our President has started the blatant and bold bribes of “Stimulus” money by promising $1.5 billion be given to Las Vegas. Anyone with half a working brain will remember that on no less than two public occasions the President called out Las Vegas, Nevada as a place you may not go. Interesting enough, Nevada at the time is considering changing their State Constitution to allow larger counties to have legalized prostitution. Barry seems to have found a way for the residence of Las Vegas prostitute themselves legally.
We the people are tired of this perpetual bombardment of evil flowing like a raging torrent pounding our very souls to dark and looming existence. Our birthright, as intended by the Founding Fathers, is that every generation to be given the opportunity to thrive on their own. It was our responsibility to have better lives than our ancestry. We were to be innovative, productive and proactive in our lives as to better life for the next generation. You have destroyed the will of the people, confiscated their wealth, desecrated their souls, corrupted their government, cheated their hope, slandered their faith, and corrupted their spirits. You, you alone are focus of bitterness and vile wrath of the people which shall come. And you are the only ones to blame.
Each of you had the choice to the right thing, or the easy thing. Each of you could have made the harder but necessary choice to be the Giant among men. Most of you, rather, chose to confiscate power from the people. You chose to punish the achievers. You chose to thwart the sanctity of marriage. You chose death over life. You chose overwhelming debt rather than fiscal and personal responsibility. You chose the end of the Republic for your own power.
There is nothing more despicable than you right now. In the short span of 9 months, there will be either a reckoning or you will complete your power struggle and the last stand of freedom will have vanished. We the People will have been turned into a relic of the past and indeed the great experiment will have ended.
For the sake of your children and mine, please be the one that stands for freedom and liberty, even at the cost of your career or at worst your life. We honor those men and women that sacrificed all they had even their life for freedom, let this be your finest hour.

From recession to depression
Ronald Reagan was right, again. A recession is an economic slowdown with layoffs, until it effects you. Then it is a depression. Well, for me it's a depression. No... I am not saying I have been laid off. Though if something doesn't change soon, it's coming. I am saying I have gone from hopeful and energetic to bitter, frustrated, depressed and extremely tired in an 8 month period. It's been extremely difficult to get motivated to do anything. I just don't know what to do...
