Let Freedom Ring...

Now, God has been ruled unconstitutional in the Pledge of Allegiance. Mr. Michael Newdow, has won the Lawsuit against The Congress of the United States of America. Of course this is only in the 9th circus court of appeals, the most over turned court in the nation.

So what does this mean? Simply this. Michael Newdow is now the most hated man in America. His inability to see beyond himself is almost incomprehensible., however when taken in light of the utter and total failed attempts to destroy Judge Robers, using his adopted children of as leverage, makes the ruling rather understandable.

What Michael Newdow does not seem to understand is this is, “One Nation Under God.” He does not know the sacrifices that all men and women that have come before us. He does not comprehend the sacrifices that are now taken that he may be free to sue the people of the United States to abridge their free speech in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. He takes for granted some of the Bill of Rights while stomping on other parts. He upbraids any who exhibits a grain of faith in the Almighty. He belittles their minds as week and malleable.

Mr. Newdow, I believe in God. As such, as I criticize you for your total lack of understanding and direct attack on America and her heritage, notice the very vocabulary and the meaning of which I have chosen to write. These are the words of an educated man, with life experience. Your little mind hard at work to make your unwillingness to experience anything out of your comfort zone only makes me believe that you are the one with the closed and little mind.

On to the Judge, the dishonorable Lawrence K. Karlton. He is a Carter Appointee. This is no surprise considering his ruling and his reasoning. His perverted twisted view of law and the Constitution of the United States of America only confirms the misgiving feelings of the people of the United States of America toward the Judiciary. I would love for Congress, (who has oversight obligation over the Judiciary, see The Constitution of the United States Article I, Section 8 Clause 9.) hold this radical judge accountable for his many actions. Perhaps it’s time to erect a Standard of Conduct for federal justices, that they be held accountable for their actions. That they may answer to Congress, and either satisfy Congress, or that Congress take such action as to sanction or impeach the offending Judge.

I know, it sound like a radical idea. I think however that if these Lawyers in Black robes were in the real world working for private interest, their incompetence would long ago cause them to either change their ways, or to wither on the vine. As it is now, any look into the control of the Judiciary is considered a taboo and perhaps even traitorous. These Judges seem to think that they are above the uncleansed masses, and should therefore not be judged them selves.

A good dose of reality would of course be to drastic a revelation, and light shed on their activities and rulings would be to wither their own agenda as if water were denied a plant in summer. I can safely conclude that evil men and women are in place as judges at all levels of jurisprudence. They side with their own belief systems, mainly being liberal. These judges should be removed as quickly as possible, thereby returning freedom to the masses.

I know the people of America will do well on their own, not being interfered with by some judge who has never seen the land in which he presides over. “Teach them correct principles, and they shall govern themselves.” – Joseph Smith.

Let us claim our heritage back. Let us give congress the backbone to remove this cancer on the land. Let’s unite in freedom’s cause.

Cindy Sheehan

I can sympathize with Mrs. Sheehan over the loss of her son. Still, while she continues to act and speak in a rather lunatic manor, I have to point a few things out. First, her son volunteered to join the Armed Forces. It has been since the ‘70’s since we have had the draft. Since he volunteered, it cannot be argued that he did not know what he was heading into. He decided as an Adult to go and serve his nation as a member of the Armed Forces. Secondly, she has already met with the President of the United States. He spent his precious time honoring her son, and she turns around and just craps all over it. All this shows is that she is a selfish, ungrateful woman. Third, she demands that we pull out of Iraq now. This is the epitome of ignorance. If we were to indeed abandon Iraq and the commitment we made to her citizens now, it would only further endanger the lives of every American in the world, including here in the continental States. Finally, I can only conclude that her grief and anger has driven all rationality from her. Her family has disavowed her. Her husband has filed for divorce. The little woman in Crawford is nothing more than an whiner.

The Sad New York Times

It is now absolutely clear that the main stream media, specifically, the New York Times has no morals what so ever. The character of a man is determined by his actions. His actions are the manifestation of the desires if his heart. If we were to apply this truth of humanity to the New York Times, we could determine that there is nothing that is held sacred.

What am I babbling on about? Simple. The Times is investigating the Sealed documentation of his adopted children. I have adopted my daughter; I know something of the subject. The sealing of documentation surrounding any adoption is routine, and in most states mandatory.

This is for one reason only, the protection of the children. Simply put, the political preferences and ideology of the New York Times is more important than the protection of children. Thereby, we can conclude that the New York Times is Anti-Child.

There can be no other conclusion that can be reached. Their blatant and obtuse intrusion into the innocent lives of children is a perverted abuse of the first amendment. There should be members of the editorial board and the Editor in Chief himself that should answer to authorities. The “investigative journalists” should be immediately fired for suggesting any such story. These people should look the children of Roberts in the eye and look Roberts himself and his wife in the eye and beg forgiveness for putting their children in such a position.

To the New York Times, the sacrifice of innocent children is cause and justification for the total destruction a decent and good man. I come to the conclusion that he is a decent and good man for nothing more than he did adopt his children. There is a rather intrusive and probing investigation on the fitness of parents when trying to adopt. Therefore, if the state can approve of him as a fit father for children in dire circumstance, then his character can be assessed as good and moral.

The New York Times seems to think that the crimes of the parents should follow with the children. In this case the crime is conservatism and the punishment is sacrifice of innocent children. The Times and its associates have no conscience. It has no morality, character or objectivity. If there were a way to shame the Times in to acting in a manor conducive to the great journal of record it once was, the time has long passed, generations ago.

It is rather sad to see an institution of once great magnitude perverted to an ideology of corrupt and immoral practice. When these me and women meet God to answer for their life and their acts, may He show more mercy to them then they have to the honorable Roberts family.

Terrorist Bastards...

My dear UK friends,
Now you know the evil and danger that we Americans have lived with since September 11, 2001. My heart pours over for your wounded dying and dead. I pray that you rally with Tony Blair in the fight against evil, as it now is constituted. May you take your anger and fear and focus it on terror, even that which exists in Iraq. It's time for the world to stand firm that we will not yeld to such acts. We will stand together, now as we did against Hitler. We stand with the United Kingdom, we only ask that you stand with us.
While I am sure that no one will read this little vent, I feel somewhat better for knowing that there is an ally in the fight for good. May God bless the UK, may he comfort you in your time of need.

The commencement speech never heard

Recently, I was invited to write a commencement speach for your average high school or junior college graduation cerimony. This excersise was to pick a local person who is currently involved in the business, government, or accademic world. I came up with the following:
Greetings. If there was one thing that I could leave with you, it would be this. The truth is, you will seek a job somewhere. You will be expected to perform in order to earn a check with your name on it. I am one of those who will hire you. Let me tell you what I look for in a new employee. First, I look at appearance. You will be expected to represent my company, and I have a level of expectation to my clients to uphold. This level of expecteation is nothing less than excellence. My clients expect to deal with a honest professional. So don't come in with pink hair, half shaved off, in ratted clothing with nipple rings exposed and expect to be granted a position in the company. Second, I listen to your communication skills. The words you choose to express yourself while representing my business is critical to success. The more you can communicate effectively both in the written word and in speach, the more successful you will become in life. If profanities is your companion, there is little chance that you will be in a professional office. The third characteristic I look for is attitude. I expect my employees to serve my clients to the best of their abilities. Everyone is human. Being human we all make mistakes. When we make these mistakes, we each must be willing to learn from our mistakes. This includes refraining from insulting, slighting , or biting comments when things don't exactly go your way. No one in business ifs interested in your bad day. Fourth, don't expect to have the six figure job stait out of school. This nation once took on apprentaces to fulfill the employment requirements of our businesses. More recently, interns come in to many businesses to learn in their particular field. So when you apply for a job, keep your ego in check, and accept that you will start in an entry level job. Over time, you will learn new skills and earn more money. You may think you can run the business you work for, but it's not your job. Also, accept that each employer will teach you to be an effective employee in thier business. They want you to succeed to that the business succeeds. Finally, I expect you to fulfill your commitments. This means showing up to work on time, and working the scheduled hours. In the real world, your parents can't call up for a makeup test.
Needless to say, I lost to a member of the Government.

Great men never aspire to be great. They are great because of their character. They are men of high moral character. Great men leave a legacy unplanned, and transcending the bonds of time. I do have several examples. First in modern history would be George Washington, and all the signers of the Declaration of Independence. While it is true that those who did sign, and also those who did act on the Deliration of Independence were committing High Treason against the Crown, they were revolutionary in incredible and innumerable ways.
The Signers had the revolutionary idea of freedom. They believed that mankind, when ruled by morals and rules, rather than a king, would aspire to great heights. They believed so firmly, in the document they signed, that they, "pledge to each other our, Lives our Fortunes and our sacred Honor." Indeed their ideas and actions have transcended the test of time.
Later, The United States of America was blessed once again that Abraham Lincoln lead the nation through the most difficult time of the 19th century. This uncommon courage, and leadership brought a nation ravaged with Civil war to peace, and then prosperity.
In our day, Ronald Regan, the most beloved President of our time, is revered in reverence. His endless optimism and cheerful twinkling of his eyes, won the nations heart. The Nation believed in Ronald Regan because Regan believed in them. His political opponents were befuddled to discover a weakness to attack his ideas and ideology. They were hard pressed to figure a way to prevent his agenda. His agenda was simple, defeat communism, lower taxes, and believe in the American people. In retrospect, he succeeded in all counts.
Ronald Regan is remembered and honored for who he is. We miss him dearly.
Recent event must include the passing of Pope John Paul II. To put it simply, his faith never wavered. He never wavered in the difference between good and evil. He never deviated to the path of immorality. His legacy is not "mixed", but his path is clear. He is a man of high moral character, and his word is his bond. It's a shame that so many do not understand men of character.

The Kite

Is it any wonder that the Libs are loosing big in nearly every important issue of the day. After emotions run high and long, human beings review thier souls and know that with the sanction and ordered death of Terri Schaivo, America is diminished. The promise of America, which is nothing less than "life, liberty and the persuit of happiness..." apparenty according the Florida Judicial system does not apply to American citizens. But rest assured, every member of Florida's death row, will have three square meals a day, all the water desired, and every appeal fully reviewed.
While there is nothing left to turn the events of death of Terri Schiavo, we can be assured that the Final judgement, will be with God. Indeed there will be Terri herself to stand as a witness in her perfected glory to speak for herself finally. At the great and terrible day of judgement, there will be all the lawyers, attournies, judges, witnesses, and affiliated parties and they will be judged according to thier actions. Each will know thier own guilt, and know that they are peril of the wrath of God.
On the lighter side, this is a stark reminder of the realities of this frail and beautiful life. We must recongize that life is fleeting, tender, pressious. It is a gift from the Almighty, of whom is the only one with authority to give life and take life.
I realize that such ideas, indeed such deeply held to a Liberal is much like a cross and holy water is to Dracula, these ideas and beliefs indeed exist. Indeed, there are many who would testify that God lives, and he has a plan for each and every one of us. That he made it possible to return to this perfected presence. While such ideas to secularist seem small and unintelectual, it does provide a clear and required service for mankind. Such order is needed for man to aspire to greater heights than would be from with in ones self.
This concept is much like a kite. If we think of our selves as a kite, our string would be rules and morals and other such concepts that would seem to hold us back. But when the winds of life blow, we can raise to great hights, higher than perhaps we would of known possibly known. Even when great winds that could destroy us, that string will hold us strong. Thus the morals and rules keeps us true to ourselves, and respected by others.

Terri Schiavo

If it weren't so sad and bitter a case, the next comment could be comical. If Teri's parents really wanted to keep Teri alive for an indeterminate but lengthy amount of time, just convict her in California with a death sentence, and she would be guaranteed another 25 years. Yet, as it is, the State of Florida has indeed sentenced Teri Schiavo to death. Judges that have yet to meet the poor woman, physically see her, have indeed condemned her to a death prohibited by law to commit on animals.
I feel a pulse of revulsion when I hear anyone that would want this death. The preoccupation of death of a nation that grants life as a fundamental right, "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...", is a reckless movement to tyranny. Having the members of a known Rouge court system in Florida decides the case of Teri Schiavo's life or rather death is no comfort.
Why is it that when men and women show a passion for the sanctity of life, there is a shrill bombardment of lampoon derogatory declaratives that must accompany any debate? I just wonder when the last time those cowardly judges read the Ten Commandments, or be they Christian in any sense, any part of the bible.
Perhaps a full investigation by those with whom the authority is given, into the several allegations that Michael, the vulture husband, has indeed committed a crime. Unfortunately, I sitting here at my PC cannot get all the facts to make an informed choice.
In the end, at least here is the perfect reason that the '60's should have never happened. I hope you baby boomers have such loving spouses as to refrain from having a court battle to ensure your death.

To the Parents, Friends and Family of Terri Schiavo

My deepest condolences. I can only express my outrage to the total disreguard of life. Your loss may be America's gain. (no consolation.) For the future of America, the line between good and evil has been clearly drawn. If Evil prevails, be comforted that your daughter will be recieved by her Heavenly Father, with open arms in a sweet reuion. If Good preveils, then you have your daughter for a bit more time until that day when God calls her home.

The adulter husband that has bastard children with his mistress, had acted in a wholey selfish mannor. No man of character would ever treat his wife this way. If there was a soul in that man that knew of God's plan for Mankind, he would act as a Man should. One with conviction in God's work and wonder. When that Man meets his maker, will he beable to look God in the eye. Will that Judge be able to look God in the eye. Will atournies involved in the Mark Schiavo case be able to look God in the eye. I think not. None of them will even look Teri in the eye.

A sad and long day is that when the innocent will not be protected, when life shall not be preserved. It is long time that the Citizens of the United States of America take our county back. I say that we allow the judges, cowards among men, die in the exact same mannor that they sentenced Teri to die. I furthor suggest that the coward adulter husband die the sameway had been given to Teri.

May I quote the founding documents of the United States of America. Specifically, the Declaration of the United States of America:

Perhaps if this document was actually studied and understood, the people of the United States of America would demand that the preservation of Life is a Right, and not a previlige given by doctors behind masks.

Michael Jackcon

So this Monday the "trial of the Century" will begin. A few things to note:

First, Michael Jackson is the only Black Man trying to be a white woman. Having said that, it can be said that he has the jury of his peers. No blacks & mostly women.

Secondly, This is not the only accusation of child touching against Michael Jackson. If one were to think beyond the Stardom, it would reason (to use the cliché) where there's smoke, there's fire. Basically, I would have a hard time believing that Jackson is totally, 100% innocent. Just ask O.J. He's still looking for the real killer on the many golf courses of the world.

Third, this particular judge takes no Bullsh (new word: meaning should be obvious). He is in the business of adjudicating over these proceedings, and is making damned sure it happens in a timely manor.

Fourth, I know someone, who personally was invited and stayed at the Nederland Ranch. This individual confirms many of the strange behaviors and items reported to be there.

Fifth, the released grand jury testimony, if even 60% accurate, is enough to convict Mr. Jackson. There is enough specific information and accurate explanation to make me believe that if not true child abuse under the current definition of the law, then at least enough to build one hell of a circumstantial case.

Finally, The prosecutors are doing everything with in the law to protect children from a potential predator. We should support all law enforcement that is for the protection of children from such predators. It's just too bad this case is being tired in California, and not Texas.

Observations

I don't have whole lot for tonight, so I gathered a few thought and observations.

1) The United States of America Remains the Greatest Nation ever placed on Earth.
2) The French only do two things well, make wine and surrender.
3) Tony Blair is a man of unusual conviction
4) The Iraqi’s are a people of unbelievable courage.
5) The United States Armed Forces are a group of incredible individuals performing their duties with flawless accuracy.
6) The Red States still out number the Blue States.
7) Bush is still the President of the United States, get over IT!!!
8) Harry Reid is a small man, with a small voice, spouting small ideas.
9) Despite popular belief, the Ten Commandments are the basis of all law in the United States of America.
10) Indeed, theTen Commandments are the basis of both the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of the United State of America.
11) The United States Government still remains the greatest roadblock to America's economic success.
12) When in doubt, trust in freedom. Freedom is the natural state of Mankind.
13) When one must explain one's greatness to you, one reveals the lack of greatness.
14) The opportunities in the United States of America are still endless. Why do you think we have people still pouring over the Borders to get here?
15) The Supreme Court Justices are not the Nine Gods of Mount Olympus. Even they make mistakes.
16) Conservatism as currently constituted, is the ideology of the Majority of the Nation.
17) Those in Washington D.C. should be required to drive through "flyover county" and stay in some Middle American town for at least on week per year.
18) We should never elect a single Lawyer again, for any reason, ever. (with the exception of perhaps Mark Lavin.)
19) The definition of a good deal, is when nobody walks away happy.
20) The New Media allows for this list to be published.

Local Radio

I am a radiophile. I love radio, especially good radio. I grew up in the L.A. radio market, and came to love KNX, and KFI. For a short time there was KMDY- Comedy Radio. It was great. Good production of local commercials, programs and programming. I now live in a minor market in the American Desert Southwest. Here, I am nothing but constantly disappointed in local radio market. The local talk station can't decide if it's going to be a talk station or sports station. Its local commercial production sounds like its made with all the audio skill of a backhoe. I am just so tired of the attitude of good enough that perpetually broadcast on this little station and her sister stations. Where is the pride in doing a job well done? Where is the commitment to striving toward perfection? Alas, thank the heavenly stars for Internet Radio.
