Terri Schiavo

If it weren't so sad and bitter a case, the next comment could be comical. If Teri's parents really wanted to keep Teri alive for an indeterminate but lengthy amount of time, just convict her in California with a death sentence, and she would be guaranteed another 25 years. Yet, as it is, the State of Florida has indeed sentenced Teri Schiavo to death. Judges that have yet to meet the poor woman, physically see her, have indeed condemned her to a death prohibited by law to commit on animals.
I feel a pulse of revulsion when I hear anyone that would want this death. The preoccupation of death of a nation that grants life as a fundamental right, "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...", is a reckless movement to tyranny. Having the members of a known Rouge court system in Florida decides the case of Teri Schiavo's life or rather death is no comfort.
Why is it that when men and women show a passion for the sanctity of life, there is a shrill bombardment of lampoon derogatory declaratives that must accompany any debate? I just wonder when the last time those cowardly judges read the Ten Commandments, or be they Christian in any sense, any part of the bible.
Perhaps a full investigation by those with whom the authority is given, into the several allegations that Michael, the vulture husband, has indeed committed a crime. Unfortunately, I sitting here at my PC cannot get all the facts to make an informed choice.
In the end, at least here is the perfect reason that the '60's should have never happened. I hope you baby boomers have such loving spouses as to refrain from having a court battle to ensure your death.
